Ms. *Redeial *Barbour is the founding President of E'Lader Cosmetics Corp., of Charlotte, North Carolina and principal author of Truth or Consequences, Man vs Nature, A Consumer's Guide to Skin Care. Ms. Barbour has been a licensed cosmetologist for more than 20 years, originally licensed in the state of California where she studied and practiced holistic medicine in an alternative health and beauty spa. Her diverse career as a Cosmetic Artist includes: salon ownership; licensed cosmetology and barber educator; platform artistry; herbalist; author; poet; editor and publisher of an online monthly newsletter called "The E'Lader Journal - Natural Alternatives to Health, Beauty and Fitness".

Course objective: To bring awareness to the importance of having knowledge of how ingredients, natural or synthetics, in hair care products affect the health and beauty of the hair. The course teaches how to read cosmetic and chemical labels, which allows you to be able to distinguish between the scope of a product's ablity, the hair's capacity to respond, and marketing mania. This class is jam packed with inspirational scientific data from ancient to present day discoveries that is both professional as well as useful in everyday life.
