We collect information from yolu when you register for a course on our site or fill out a form.

Any of the information that we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

* To process licensing transactions:

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, or exchanged with anyone other than with your state board of cosmetology or barbaring department.

* To process online credit card transactions:

Your personal credit card information will not be stored on any of our online data bases. Therefore, when you process your payments online, it is directly entered into a standardized "Payment Processing Industry" encryted website that the bank's processing service uses to transmit data. This means that even we cannot view the transaction and will have no record thereof. We only receive the final outcome to the transaction in the form of your final payment.

* To send periodic emails:

The email address that you provide to us may be used to contact you regarding registration confirmation, cancellation notices, updates, in addition to receiving occasional news and events.Your email address will not be sold or shared with any other company for any reason.

How do we protect your information?

The data that we have collected are retained only as long as the state board requires us to do so. After such time, the information is shredded and discarded appropriately.

If we are issued a court supena and are required by law to release information that you have provided to us, then it will be released without notice or obtaining your consent. Also, if we have to use your information in a court dispute for any unforseen reason, we maintain to right to do so without giving you prior notice or obtaining your consent.
