E'Lader's Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

All of E’LADÉR’s products come with a 30 day, free trial, money back guarantee. Before you return products, please contact us via email or telephone to give us your order invoice number. We will then issued a return code that should be written on a copy of your order invoice that is required with your return. Note: we will only email you at the address provided on your order invoice for your return confirmation. Your refund will be subject to the following deductions:

*E’Ladér Cosmetics Corp. is entitled to the following credit card processing fee: 3% of the total transacton.

*Shipping expenses are non-refundable, except in the case of orders that were shipped in error.

Exception to shipping expenses: If we made a shipping error, you must return the products within 7 days of your shipment receipt. We will only honor this policy, if the product’s seal has not been tampered with. This offer applies to both on and off-line purchases.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS. After we have received your return, we will notify you via e-mail. We will process the return immediately upon receipt of the product(s); you can expect to receive a check within 10 business days of the email confirmation date. If after this time you have not received the check, do contact us so that we can place a stop on the check and reissue.

CHECK POLICY

All returned checks will be charged a $36.00 bank administrative fee.
